WARRANTY INFORMATION

Kits and Devices

All kits and devices come with a 60 day warranty. This covers all manufacturer faults and does not include damage caused by the user, water damage or impact damage. Damage to the charging port by improper use or debris built up is not covered. Please make sure you keep your charging port free of lint and debris at all times. Do not use or move around the device while the charger is connected as this will cause fatigue damage to the port.

Pods and Coils

Replacement pods and coils are consumable products and carry no warranty. If you wish to return or exchange any coils they must be in their original blister packs and not opened.

Disposables

All disposables e-cigarettes are consumable products and carry no warranty. If you wish to return or exchange any disposables they must be in their original blister packs and not opened.

E-liquids

All E-liquids are consumable products and carry no warranty. E-Liquid is strictly none returnable due to its medical nature.

Returns

We take great care to provide quality smoking alternatives, but if you wish to return or exchange an item please notify us within 10 days from the purchase date at orders@ultravapour.com and our customer services team will provide you with a ‘returns form’ that you need to fill out and include with the item you’re returning.
A refund will only be issued on return of the item unopened and in original packaging. P&P and returns postage costs are non-refundable.
Due to its nature E-liquid cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, even when unopened.
