Delivery information

• We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for shipping on all UK orders under £30.00.

• FREE delivery on all orders over £30.00

• UK standard post – orders up to £30.
• UK recorded delivery – for orders over £30. This will provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery schedule

All weekday orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched the day we received your order, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders should take no more than 3 working days to arrive (standard delivery UK).

We take great care to ensure that we maintain our stock levels, but in the unlikely event that we are out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day.

Returns

We take great care to provide quality smoking alternatives, but if you wish to return or exchange an unopened item please notify us within 10 days from the purchase date at orders@ultravapour.com and our customer services team will provide you with a ‘returns form’ that you need to fill out and include with the item you’re returning.
A refund will only be issued on return of the item unopened and in original packaging. P&P and returns postage costs are non-refundable.
Due to its nature E-liquid cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, even when unopened.
